We look after the day-to-day IT for small and medium businesses — monitoring, maintenance, helpdesk support, cloud services and backups. Most of our clients are on a monthly retainer, which means we're always on hand rather than waiting to be called.

We work with businesses across Gwynedd and Anglesey, from professional services firms to retailers and logistics operators. Local companies that need reliable IT and don't want to manage it themselves.

Cybersecurity

Smaller businesses are targeted more than most people realise, and the consequences of getting it wrong are significant. We build security into how we manage your systems — not as an add-on, but as standard.

Snowdon Digital was founded in 2013. We are a small team based in Bangor, and we intend to stay that way.

Gareth Moseley

Managing Director

Gareth grew up in Bethesda and spent fifteen years in IT sales across the North West before coming back to North Wales and starting Snowdon Digital in 2013. The business was built around a straightforward idea — that local companies deserved reliable IT support from people who actually knew the area.

Owen Jarvis

Technical

Owen studied Computer Science at Aberystwyth and worked in managed services in Liverpool before joining Snowdon Digital in 2018. He specialises in infrastructure, cloud services and cybersecurity, with a particular focus on helping smaller businesses manage risk before it becomes a problem.

Sian Roberts

Operations

Sian joined Snowdon Digital in 2015 with a background in business administration and has built the operational side of the company around getting the basics consistently right. She manages service delivery, client onboarding and day to day support. She is ITIL qualified.

We recruit almost exclusively through referral and word of mouth. When we do hire, we look for people who are good at the work and easy to deal with.

Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Bangor, North Wales — Full time · Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join a team supporting a range of SME clients across North Wales. The role covers network infrastructure, endpoint management, cloud services and security monitoring. You will be the senior technical resource for a number of accounts and expected to manage those relationships directly.

You will have

5+ years in a managed services or infrastructure role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
Experience with network security and endpoint protection
Comfortable managing client relationships directly
Relevant certifications — Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent
